A Christmas Party Though we're still working out a few kinks in the new gallery and not quite ready to throw open our doors, they were nevertheless pried apart for us on Friday, the 4th of December. The Fine Arts Building, our new home, organized an evening of open studios, live music and dance, and tasty things to eat and drink. We made a big push to be presentable for the occasion and were much gratified by the overwhelmingly enthusiastic response. Several hundred people filed through our new space and were dazzled by the displays. Champagne was on hand and the atmosphere was extremely festive. Ben was at the ready with his camera before the crowds arrived to document our efforts. Here then, is a first glimpse of L. H. Selman Ltd. in Chicago.
