The family of Paul Jokelson and the International Paperweight Society Foundation have established a scholarship fund in his name, to continue his legacy of the art of the paperweight. Grants will be provided to emerging or established glass artists wishing to learn or further develop the art. Awards will be made either for use at specific institutions or directly to individuals; and may be either for instruction at an institution with an on-going glass program, or to an individual for the purpose of building and/or acquiring specialized equipment needed for the paperweight making process.
